How We Source Properties
Every property on OpenHouse goes through a detailed review before listing.
What We Look For
We work with developers, agents, and local partners to find properties with:
Strong rental demand
Stable operating costs
Reliable long-term performance
Most properties do not pass. Less than 0.01% of what we review makes it to the platform.
How We Evaluate
Our finance and acquisition team analyzes:
Expected yields
Location fundamentals
Tenant profiles
Operating expenses
The goal is simple: can this property support consistent income over time?
What Happens Next
Properties that do not meet our standards are rejected. Only those that pass move to the synthetic phase and appear on the platform.
